WALK ACROSS NEW ZEALAND

Where we live in Zealand it's just three little islands in the middle of the South Pacific and most of us don't live too far from the ocean any which way you look at it. Where me and Goose live is really really close toTWO OCEANS. We have been looking at a map and worked out that the shortest distance near us from the East Coast on the Pacific Ocean where we live to the West Coast on the Tasman Sea where my friends Moss and Onny live is 6.1kms which would take 10 minutes in a car.......... Oh oh, I sense Mum might be on a mission.Moi and the Goose at the park down the road which is right beside the zoo and beside the old Aeroplane museum, we have lots of everything really handy. Even if you do have to wonder what Aeroplane museums and Border Terriers have in common. (ok Bodie so nothing in common, we are building up to sommat okay)

This is on our walk down our street, check out the paintings on our neighbours fence, they have five paintings like this and Mum is just amazed at peeps who can draw and paint. It didn't need any embellishments but we thought it couldn't harm having a border terrier making it even more beudiful.

And this is someone elses fence down near our beach. WOW, better than our boring old brown fence painted by hers truly.

Here we are, 2 kilometres from our house, at the beach on the East Coast. Now here it comes, who is up for the trip?

Are you going to come with us? Its like this, from our place in Pt Chev on the East Coast to Onny and Mosses place in Green Bay on the West Coast is about 10.1 kilometres walk. Which in Magoo time is about 1 hour and 40 minutes. Mum reckons that in Bodie time it could be about a day cos there are alot of lamposts to be sniffed and peemailed.

Sometime in January we are gonna WALK ACROSS NEW ZEALAND, start in Pt Chev and walk to Green Bay one evening and finish with a picnic. If any of my friends want to join us let us know and we'll let you know when 'we're off!!! I might even see if Nana wants to join us and bring me cos Mum says I might slow us all down by having to investigate all the lamposts and we might not finish till 2012. How rude!!
