THE (UN)USUAL SUSPECTS
There's been a bit of a ribbon shortage in my household for the past two years since I went up a grade in the competitions. So many good dogs for a stubborn little guy like me to compete against. But I have found that Mum has an equal measure of stubborn and it was only gonna be a matter of time till she waited me out. This weekend I finally made the line up at a Championship show. Yes folks, this is me - 4th on 98/100 - at All Breeds Champ show sitting next to my buddy Bertie the poodle. Bertie also flirts with stubborn so we have an understanding.
Below - a close up of me modelling the 2010 Fall Range of Champ Ribbon. One size fits all. Pity wardrobe couldn't put it on me the right way up, you just can't get good staff.

Wow, Bodie, congratulations!! I am so proud of you! I am sure my Mum wishes I were as obedient as you. But, I think I am obedient in my way, being a good guard dog who alerts her by barking when I see a strange dog coming in our way.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I have enrolled in the Canine Good Citizen course starting on April the 8th. Mum is so stubborn that she never gives up training me to become what she thinks is an obedient dog. *Sigh*

But I know how hard you've been working at it so good on you for not giving up - and well done!
